Rockie Dan announces the release of our long-awaited CD, Eyes for the Future. Rodney Blackman, better known under the alias of Rockie Dan, sees reggae music with his Eyes for the Future as lead singer in his new band. The band expands the sound of reggae music with a new CD full of original songs. "Talk about Love" and "Make Hay" are two new songs that are getting airplay regularly on WKCR 89.9 FM on the Saturday morning reggae show and on the Sunday morning reggae show hosted by Jeff Sarge on WFMU 91.1 FM in the New York City area, and 90.1 FM in the Hudson Valley. The songs revolve around melody, rhythm, love, and spirituality. Rockie Dan, Leroy Tonge and Richie Phillips have written the songs for the band.
